- Priority access.  Fast, worry-free responses for unexpected or urgent issues

- Direct communication via text, phone call or email 

- High-level privacy including a discreet physical office (NOT labeled as a psychiatric office)

- Genetic testing as indicated to identify the best psychiatric medications for your DNA (lab processing fees additional, about $300 typically)
